Please note that check-in starts at 16:00 on the arrival date, and check-out must be completed by 9:30 on the departure date. The facilities and equipment of your accommodation are based on the stated maximum occupancy. Make sure not to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

The total cost of your stay, including initial and final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cleaning during your stay, and beach towels for all guests (measuring 180cm by 85cm), is listed on the booking form. Costs for heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price, but if not, the cost will be calculated and shown on the booking form. Gas and electricity charges are also included, except for any optional energy charges listed on the booking form.
